Introduction

Welcome to the OmniCampus Platform. By accessing or using our social learning platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully, as they govern your use of our platform.

Membership and Account

– Eligibility: Membership is open to students, parents, faculty, staff and educational expert partners of OmniCampus.

– Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

Intellectual Property Rights

– Content Ownership: All content created and shared by members on OmniCampus is protected by copyright laws. Members retain ownership of their content, but by posting, they grant OmniCampus a non-exclusive license to display and distribute the content within the platform.

– Prohibited Use: Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of content outside the platform is strictly prohibited without written consent from OmniCampus.

Community Guidelines and Code of Conduct

– Respectful Interaction: Members are expected to engage respectfully with others. All posts and comments should aim to inspire, share experiences, and facilitate learning.

– Prohibited Behavior: Harassment, hate speech, and any form of discrimination are not tolerated. Members should refrain from making promotional or advertising posts.

– Content Sharing: Members can share content within private and public groups on OmniCampus. Sharing outside the platform requires explicit permission from the content creator and OmniCampus.

Termination of Membership

– Grounds for Termination: OmniCampus reserves the right to terminate memberships for violations of these Terms of Service, including but not limited to inappropriate conduct and unauthorized use of content.

– Effect of Termination: Upon termination, access to the platform and all associated content will be revoked.

Liability and Disclaimers

– Limitation of Liability: OmniCampus is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

– Disclaimer of Warranties: The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Changes to Terms

OmniCampus reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Belgium.
